Aimee Salomon – Elder
Hometown: Born in beautiful San Diego! At the age of 5, I moved with my sweet little family to help my dad pastor a thriving church that ministered primarily to farm workers in Burlington, Washington. Thus having lived in "God's Country" for most of my life I call Washington my hometown.
Status: Single.
Favorite Activity: I enjoy a variety of activities. Whatever I'm in the mood...I guess my all time fave is hanging out with family and friends (Sisters/brother in laws, kids (yes mine included), aunts, uncles, cousins, etc...), because we have such wonderful times together, great conversations, share laughs and tears. It's all great fun.
Interests/Hobbies: Though I'm a homebody, my interests include occasional travel, music/arts, crafts/projects, the list goes on... is day dreaming a hobby…cuz I love it!

Favorite Artists: I like a lot of artists gospel/secular, big scale and local artists, but I have to say my all time fave are the Clark Sisters. Love 'em.
Favorite Movie/TV Show: Any Jane Austen movie to any Tyler Perry movie. TV? I only have time to watch a little news - as much as I can take of NBC News (it's pretty one sided) and 2 Spanish Novelas in memory of my mom, and to keep abreast of my Spanish speaking qualities :o)
Ministry: I am currently plugged in at FHC, filling in areas as needed, which today means Sunday School programs, Worship, Altar work, Out reach, and etc. And tomorrow (Lord willing) will mean media ministry! I'm intrigued by this new avenue of ministry and would like to dabble in something new and challenging.
Favorite Scripture or Bible Character: Not fair...there are so many, perhaps Isaiah 61. Favorite Character, again, love Jesus, Moses, Esther and David
About me: I'm gonna be real honest. I'm weird. I'm unpredictable. I love people! I consider myself a "the more the merrier" type person, but I do enjoy a nice private group of core individuals as well. I am sold out for anything related to Christ and His call to ministry, and have dedicated my life to Him.
What do you love most about FHC?: Ah man...FHC ROCKS! I love the excitement in the atmosphere, and the FREEDOM we have! It is SO refreshing to be in a worship service that is not restricted to time frames and routines...boring! I love the way the Pastor and leadership flow and if they feel led to sing another song or pray for somebody or if Pastor feels led to just go on and preach he flows like that!! I dig our Mary Mary tune during our "Cheerful Giving" (offering time) - people are actually happy to be giving. AND THE LIST GOES ON, but let me end with this. We are a church with an altar! And we use it! End of story...(before I get myself in trouble with other churches/pastors).
